Enchilada Hotdish

Brown two pounds of hamburger; drain.
To this add 1 Tbls. chili powder per pound
of hamburger (more or less, according to
your taste...we use more)
add one nacho cheese soup and one large container
of salsa each per pound of hamburger to the
hamburger mixture...you can also add enchilada sauce
with it in place of a salsa, if your family isn't crazy
about salsa. Line a small roasting pan (sprayed with pam)
with a layer of tortillas, then a layer of the hamburger mixture.
Continue with this until you have used all the of hamburger
mixture...you don't have to make the layers real thick ....
the more layers the better...
Cover the top with finely shredded cheddar cheese
and bake for an hour at 350*. You can make it even
better with sour cream, raw onions, tomatoes, salad,
etc. on the top.
