Ingredients:
| 1 lb | Ground Beef |
| ⅛ tsp | Black Pepper |
| ½ tsp | Salt |
| 1 | Egg |
| 2 Tbsp | Skim Milk |
| 1 | Onion, chopped |
| ¼ cup | Seasoned Bread Crumbs |
| 1 tsp | Butter |
| ½ cup | Spinach |
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix the chopped onions, egg, bread crumbs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour the beef and blend well. Shape into 1 inch meatballs. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Then, place the meatballs in the skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes while continuously turning the sides. The outside should turn a shade of brown. Transfer the meatballs to a baking dish, and cook for 20 minutes or until the meatballs are tender. Once they are cooked, place them in a plate and top with spinach.
