Ingredients:
| 1 pkg | Uncooked Spaghetti Noodles |
| 1 cup | Frozen Spinach, thawed and dried |
| 2 cups | Heavy Cream |
| 4 Tbsp | Margarine |
| 2 Tbsp | Parmesan Cheese, grated |
| 2 lbs | Salmon Fillets With Skin, boned and cubed |
| 2 Tbsp | Lemon Juice |
| 2 tsp | Sugar |
| 2 tsp | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| Salt, to taste | |
| Pepper, to taste | |
| Water |
Directions:
Place a sauce pan over medium heat
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside when done
Combine margarine, sugar, cream, salt, and pepper. Continue to stir and simmer until all ingredients have reduced
Place a pan over medium heat and pour oil
Cook salmon and spinach in pan and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cook for about 3 minutes or until skin is browned and flaky and spinach is softened
Combine cooked pasta, salmon, spinach into the cream sauce pan
Add Parmesan cheese and season with a bit of salt and pepper. Stir for 2 minutes
Serve warm
