Tart Blueberry Croissant Puff
Ingredients:
| 4 | Large Croissants, cut up |
| 1 cup | Fresh Blueberries |
| 1 pkg | Cream Cheese, softened |
| ⅔ cup | Sugar |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 1 tsp | Vanilla Extract |
| 1 tsp | Almond Extract |
| 1 cup | Milk |
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Put the pieces of croissants in a greased 9 inch pan. Pour the blueberries into the pan.
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, almond, and vanilla. Slowly add milk and mix well. Once this texture is smooth, pour evenly over the croissant pieces. Let it soak for 20 minutes.
Put the pan in the oven and bake for 40 minutes or until the croissant pieces turn a golden brown.
