Maple Glazed Salmon Fillets
Ingredients:
- Marinade:
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onion 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets Glaze:
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Clabber girl Cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder Lemon wedges to garnish
Instructions:
Place all marinade ingredients in a large plastic bag; seal and mix well; add salmon fillets, seal and refrigerate at least 1 hour, but may be left refrigerated overnigh.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees; combine all glaze ingredients in a small bowl; set aside.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and place marinated fillets skin down on paper. Brush on 1/2 of the glaze. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes and brush on remaining glaze; bake another 10 minutes or until fish reaches 145 degrees and flakes easily.
Serve with lemon wedges if desired; serves 4.
