Stuffed Meatballs

3 Pounds of Ground Beef
1/2 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Pepper
1 Pack of String Cheese
2 eggs
1/4 cup Maple Syrup (optional)

Put all 3 pounds of Ground Beef in a bowl. Using your hands mix in the Breadcrumbs, Salt,
Pepper, and Eggs. When all of the meat is properly mixed, move on to the next step.

Cut each stick of string cheese into dime shaped pieces. They should be the thickness of
about 3 dimes stacked on top of each other. They do not have to be a perfect height, just
reasonable. I doubt that anyone is standing in the kitchen with a ruler, measuring their
cheese.

Take small balls of the meatball mix and flatten them in your hand.
Place the cheese piece in the middle of the flattened meat.
Next wrap the meat around the cheese, so that the cheese is completely enclosed and
shaped like a meatball. Do this for as many meatballs as you need.
Next, place the meatballs in a frying pan. Do not put anything in the bottom; the meat will
make its own juice. Fry the meatballs in the pan, turning them frequently. The meat should
be a medium brown.
When they are done frying, place them on a cookie sheet. Drizzle a light layer of maple
syrup on each meatball and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Now your stuffed meatballs are done and ready to be eaten as appetizers or part of a meal.
