Here's a little info on the dried Hibiscus flowers. After I boil them with the sugar, I strain it and bottle up the syrup. With the leftover softened Hibiscus flowers I put them in a jar with a little of the syrup and use them to top vanilla ice cream. They have the taste and texture of dried cranberries, just slightly softer.
